Site analysis

 
 

The site is located at the end of the 2.7 mile long biking/ running trail. which was completed recently to transform the area by providing recreational spaces that connects three major neighborhoods together while maintaining green responsibility to the environment

 

Site considerations

 
 

The initial design is meant to create a cohesive design that represents unity and diversity at the same time while also being a monumental destination for the travelers and passers that use the 606 trail.

Groud floor

The ground floor is designed to provide a balance between common space, commercial, and circulation necessities. The pedestrian, and biking paths go through and attach to the building making it a memorable experience

Shows the public space integration while blurring the lines between the inside and the outside.
