Initial design process proposals
This is the first stage of the design process in which I was encouraged to explore different concepts and answers to achieve possible design solutions. In the included renders, one can start to picture the conversations I had with myself, colleagues, and professors. The building program includes retail, office space, and residential units.
The final design came after many considerations to make it realistic. Such as cost, space efficiency and practicality
